- Seven years with Hewitt Associates as Listening Leader in Canada:
- methodology lead for the Best Employers in Canada (BES) study (years 2001 - 2007) published annually in the Report on Business Magazine (Globe and Mail January edition)
- expert resource for employee research (design, conduct, analysis, advice, etc.)
- Douglas Communications Inc: 2007 to present, Employee Engagement expert focusing on improving the workplace experience
