Jean Rankin

"Jean has been working with us since 2007 on employee research projects and we are now in the process of conducting our third annual employee surveys. (We conduct two surveys a year, one for salaried and one for hourly employees.) She has done an excellent job on the design of the surveys, the analysis of the results, conducting post survey employee focus groups and, most importantly, reporting back to our executive with constructive feedback and recommendations voiced from a strategic perspective. She takes the data from the survey and delivers a message they can relate to. The feedback from our annual employee research is now an important element in developing our annual business plans and a key target results area."
